Problem

Solution
An AI Recruiter Assistant built with Make.com automates the entire recruitment flow:
Subsystem 1 – Automatic Application Processing
- CVs received by email are automatically uploaded to Dropbox.
- An OCR extracts the text from PDFs.
- OpenAI analyzes each CV to:
- Generate a candidate summary,
- Assign a relevance score (0–100) based on predefined criteria.
- Candidate data (name, email, score, skills, summary, etc.) is stored in a Notion database.
- An automatic acknowledgment email is sent to the candidate.
Subsystem 2 – High-Potential Detection
- Every day, the system reviews the database.
- When enough high-score profiles are found, the recruiter receives a notification via email and Slack.
Subsystem 3 – Dynamic Candidate Status Tracking
- Each status update triggers automated actions:
- Shortlisted: Recruiter notified on Slack.
- Interview Scheduled: The system checks Google Calendar availability, books a slot, confirms with the candidate, and alerts the interview team.
- Rejected: The candidate receives a polite rejection email automatically.
